Current pricing will be held for the duration of the initial advertising commitment by the advertiser.

Terms of Use:
• One free box location per registered person.
• One free box per not4profit organisation, or its branches in the world.
• Additional boxes or larger box sizes are available for purchase at a very low cost.
  
  
This is a courtesy that we offer to you.
Please do not abuse this offer - Multiple free boxes are not permitted.
If abuse of this offer has taken place, we reserve the right to permanently remove your box locations.

 Contract, payment and delivery

Advertiser orders/commitments will only be accepted by Brandinabox Ltd, New Zealand, and payment is to be made via PayPal on commencement of the advertising period. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Advertising options may be secured online by following the instructions on the web pages of this site.
Due to the nature of this business we use a 'first-in, first-served' policy to determine the businesses or individuals represented in advertising options -e.g. a 'Box Location'.

Official confirmation of payment, if stated, is required before confirmation of a an advertising option is assigned.
To assist with this, our 'rapid-purchase', secure, online payment option via the internationally accepted PayPal system is made available to you.

Contact us for any additional advertising requirements that you may require.

 Product availability

myBoxintheWorld advertising options may be added to, or removed from the site occasionally. From time to time, some of the options described on the site may not be available. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate regarding advertising option availability.

 Terms of payment

Terms of payment are by PayPal, prior to the commencement of any advertising option being accepted by Brandinabox Ltd.

We do not reserve or 'hold' future bookings without prior agreement or an agreement to partial or full payment.
If payments are not received as agreed, we have the discretion to re-offer the particular advertising option to other potential advertisers immediately.

 Tell-a-Company details

Terms:

• Tell as many companies as you want. More you tell, more cash you score!
• Send an email to us to confirm the contact name and company you have referred to advertise on myBox B2C competitions
• Your $50 referral fee will remain valid for 30 days after receipt of you email.
  The company must have confirmed their advertising during this 30 day period.
• Each advertising referral is considered seperately.

 Title and risk

Your order is not binding until accepted by Brandinabox Ltd.

 Warranties

Brandinabox Ltd gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing.
Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product or service.

 Security

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed using 'PayPal', our internationally recognised clearing agents. We have no access to your credit card details whatsoever. Your credit card details are delivered immediately to PayPal's secure ecommerce server, and PayPal immediately debits your card for the cost of the items ordered.

 Use of Cookies

Some pages on this site use 'cookies'. Small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes. These files are used for site registration and customisation the next time you visit us.

If we are unable to 'deliver' an advertising option your credit card will be credited with the full cost for that item debited, when the order was placed.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Brandinabox Ltd was advised of the possibility of such damages.

We cannot guarantee Internet availability or access or browser compatibility of visitors due to browser types, preferences, settings, usage or connections.

We reserve the right to delete offensive material, terminate your membership, and permanently confiscate your box. No refunds will be made.
Our judgment on what is 'offensive' will be the final decision ... If you think something may be offensive - Don't show it on this website.
