All myBox competitions are free-to-enter.

Entries are permitted from anywhere in the world.

All correct entries for each competition will be placed in the prize draw for that specific competition.

Multiple entries are allowed. Enter as many times as you like. The more that you enter the more chances that you have of winning!

All ages can enter the competitions. For winners under the age of 16, prizes will be awarded 'care of' their immediate parent/guardian.

Winners are electronically and randomly selected.

Winners will be notified by email soon after the each competition closes.

Winners names and prizes won, will be posted on the website for the duration of the following month.

All prizes shown have free worldwide delivery (unless otherwise stated)

Prizes will be sent within 4 weeks (unless otherwise stated) of the competition closing.

Details of prizes for each competition will be posted on the website for the duration of each competition.

Prizes are given only to persons who win (if under 16, their immediate parent/guardian)

If winners cannot be identified or located, after reasonable effort, and the prize or reward remains unclaimed 3 months after the determination of the result, Brandinabox will notify the Secretary for Internal Affairs within 1 month thereafter.
Prizes will then be disposed of according to the Secretary for Internal Affairs of New Zealand.

Winners agree to make themselves available for any congratulatory publicity photographs for marketing purposes.

If any specific prize conditions apply, they will be clearly noted adjacent to the specific prize description on the website.
Characteristics of each prize will be stated. If for any reason a specific prize cannot be allocated, a prize of similar description, features and value will be supplied.

The prize competition will not Jackpot (will not compound for following competitions)

No representatives of Brandinabox, or participating advertisers, are eligible for prizes from any prize draw competitions.

Each competition will be active for a specific and stated period.

Any additional 'third party' competitions listed, promoted or linked to, are subject to their own rules, policies, terms and conditions.

Points are accrued in real-time and accumulate throughout each month on a calendar month basis.
On the first day of each month all member points revert to zero.
On the last day of each month all member points are electronically totalled.

Each 'Incentive Reward Points Programme' - Rewards, prizes, promotions, winners, wall of fame positions, and similar features, are determined electronically from totalled monthly points accrued by members.

Many of our I.R.P.Programmes offer 'points' for your interactivity on this website. Points values for each interactive feature are stated on the Interact Competitions page with each I.R.P.P

Each I.R.P Progarmme will be active for a stated period.
